Infact there are many organizatons which deserve not to be existing !! HSBC is just one of them .. everyday morning i would get a call from HSBC saying " madam ... We are providing all the employees of your company free gold card . etc etc " One day i was fed up of slamming the phone down and decided to take their offer which would give me 2 months to pay them...Next day onwards they stopped eating my heads...i was releived ..Infact...they stopped contatcing me totally ..
I would never get the transaction slips on time & they would start charging the interest even before 2 weeks from the date of usage... Not only they wouldnt contatc me, I was not able top contatc them.. Unfortunatley i used the card to buy a top in Cochin... which was around 550 bucks and guess wat , Now i need to pay Rs 1020 ...till now I couldnt pay them back because " the world's local bank is not to be found anywhere"
and whenever you call their call centre , they ask for my Atm pin number.. which they never understand that neither do i have an atm card nor a pin number ..ok
Finally .. when i came to chennai i found one of the branches of world s local bank ... but they wouldnt open until 10 am .. as their credit card holders dont have office.. ( that too gold card ownwers)
I thought i would pay money in the atm, there was a deposit box definetly........but only for cheques .... so if i had to pay i need to get my cheque book courierd from Kerala.
After much complaining , their transaction slip would come ...but it would be too late and they would have already calculated their 50 % interest on ur amount + the late payment tax+ whatver taxes they feel like
..
Hundreds of times i have felt like throwing away the damned card ..but i wa worried if someone uses it , the bill with 110% interest would come to my residence and give a heart attack to my parents
